Studio Information:
All lessons are taking place online via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom link 24 hours in advance in your lesson reminder email. If, for any reason, Zoom is not working, we may switch our platform to FaceTime at the time of your lesson. We recommend entering the Zoom Waiting Room at least 5 minutes before your lesson start time.
For best availability, please book your lesson at least one week prior. This ensures that you receive your desired lesson time and date. We recommend setting up a recurring lesson to secure a regular lesson time for yourself. Please visit our Offerings page to see our Single Lesson and 4-Lesson Package plans to choose the best option for your needs.
If you purchase a 4-lesson Package, please note that it must be used within two months of purchase date.
Please be prepared with 1-2 songs you would like to work on, water, and a recording device (phone is fine) at every voice lesson. Pen/paper is also optional if you would like to take notes.
Payment Information:
All payments will be made online. You will receive an online invoice that includes a link for you to make your payment. 4-Lesson Packages will receive invoicing a week prior to the due date (the first of each month). Single Voice Lessons will receive invoicing 24 hours prior to the lesson start time.
Payments are to be made either on the first of the month (4-Lesson Packages) or within 24 hours of your lesson start time (Single Voice Lessons).

Cancellation Policy:
Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee and be credited a make-up lesson. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of lesson start time will require full compensation. Please note that cancellation within 24 hours of lesson start time will not guarantee a make-up lesson credit.
There will be no refunds given to any student on a 4-Lesson Package if they cancel within 24 hours of lesson start time. Please see above.
Full compensation for 60 minutes is $75. Full compensation for 45 minutes is $60. Full compensation for 30 minutes is $45.
In the event the teacher must cancel a lesson, you will be issued a make-up credit.
Lateness:
We allow up to 10 minutes of lateness for 60-minute and 45-minute lessons. We allow up to 5 minutes of lateness for 30-minute lessons. If you arrive later than the specified time limits, your lesson time will be forfeited, and you will be charged the full fee. A make-up lesson may be arranged, schedule permitting.
No-Shows:
After two no-shows, your lesson time slot will be forfeited completely. A new time will be provided if/when a time slot becomes available. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this rule.
